Sustainability Monitoring and information systems (Indonesia) (2014/2015)

Problem: Managing sustainability data in a large company that covers an agricultural area the size of 6x Singapore.

Approach: Reviewed existing SAP infrastructure to extract relevant data and designed online web platform with web forms to collect not recorded SAP information and documents.

Result: Online management system to feed sustainability report and monthly management meetings. Selected KPIs are shown on dashboard for daily review.
